CSR & sustainability consultant with 10 years’ experience in private, public and non-governmental sectors both locally and internationally; award-winning writer, speaker and commentator on sustainability issues in public events and media; founder and director of NGO “Gyva LT”, which is most famous for an award-winning tap water campaign in Vilnius, Lithuania; currently most interested in post-conventional leadership and advancing green politics.

Since 2003 she has been cooperating with media in promoting sustainable development, corporate responsibility, ethical consumption and environmentally friendly life style ideas in Lithuania. In 2007 media titled her as „Importer of Ideas“. She worked with such organizations as UNDP Lithuania, Nordic Council of Ministers‘ Office, largest Lithuanian retail chain "Maxima", international organization "Greenpeace" and others.

In 2009 she has been nominated in the category „Initiative of the Year“ in the national „The Woman of the Year 2008“ elections for the „Initiative to create green and sustainable Lithuania“. In 2011 her work has been featured in the book "Leadership for Sustainability: An Action Research Approach" written by Judi Marshall, Gill Coleman and Peter Reason.

In 2014 she joined Lithuanian Green party and since then participated in European Parliament and Vilnius city elections.

At present, she cooperates with international consulting organization nowhere, which specializes in unleashing creativity in people and organizations.
